1. Service Provider

(hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”)

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between the Provider and any client (“Client”) using the Provider’s immigration, visa, relocation, consulting, and related services.

2. Scope of Services

The Provider offers, among others, the following services:

  • Immigration and visa consulting;
  • Assistance with visa and residence permit applications;
  • Employment-related immigration services;
  • Relocation services;
  • Permanent residence and citizenship assistance;
  • Corporate immigration support for employers and HR departments;
  • Document preparation and administrative assistance;
  • Other related services as agreed individually.

The exact scope of services shall be defined in a proposal, service agreement, order confirmation, or other written communication between the Provider and the Client.

3. Formation of Contract

A contractual relationship is established upon:

  • Acceptance of a quotation by the Client;
  • Confirmation of an order by the Provider;
  • Execution of a service agreement;
  • Payment of a deposit or service fee.

Electronic communication, including email correspondence, shall be deemed valid for contractual purposes.

4. Fees and Payment Terms

Service fees are determined according to the Provider’s current price list or an individual quotation.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Fees are payable before the commencement of services;
  • The Provider may require an advance payment or deposit;
  • Government fees, administrative charges, embassy fees, translation costs, notarization fees, courier charges, and other third-party expenses are not included in the service fee and shall be borne by the Client.

Invoices are payable within the period specified therein.

5. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information;
  • Submit all required documents within requested deadlines;
  • Inform the Provider without delay of any changes relevant to the service;
  • Cooperate in good faith throughout the process.

The Client is solely responsible for the authenticity, legality, and accuracy of all documents and information submitted.

6. No Guarantee of Outcome

The Provider provides professional assistance and consulting services based on applicable laws, regulations, and available information.

The Provider does not guarantee:

  • Approval of any visa, residence permit, work permit, citizenship, or other immigration application;
  • Processing times of governmental authorities;
  • Decisions made by ministries, embassies, consulates, immigration offices, courts, or other authorities.

All decisions remain exclusively within the competence of the relevant authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider shall not be liable for:

  • Decisions or actions of governmental authorities;
  • Legislative or policy changes;
  • Delays caused by third parties;
  • Consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client;
  • Circumstances beyond the Provider’s reasonable control.

The Provider’s liability for damages arising from the provision of services shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Consultations and Appointments

Consultations may be provided online or in person.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Appointments may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time;
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the consultation fee.

9. Consumer Right of Withdrawal

Where the Client qualifies as a consumer under applicable law, the Client may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion.

If the Client expressly requests the commencement of services before the expiration of the withdrawal period, the Client acknowledges that:

  • The right of withdrawal may be lost once the service has been fully performed;
  • The Provider may be entitled to payment for services already rendered prior to withdrawal.

10. Confidentiality

The Provider shall keep confidential all information and documents obtained from the Client during the provision of services, except where disclosure is required by law or by competent authorities.

11. Personal Data Protection

The Provider processes personal data in accordance with:

  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR);
  • Applicable Czech and European data protection legislation.

12. Complaints

Any complaint regarding the services must be submitted in writing without undue delay after the issue becomes known.

The Provider shall review and respond to the complaint within 30 days of receipt.

13. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, guides, documents, website content, and other materials provided by the Provider remain the intellectual property of the Provider unless expressly stated otherwise.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit such materials without prior written consent.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Czech Republic.

15. Amendments

The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.

The current version shall always be available on the Provider’s website.

16. Effective Date

These Terms and Conditions become effective on the date of publication on the Provider’s website.
