Cancellation and Refund Policy

These Cancellation and Refund Policy terms govern the cancellation of services and the refund of fees paid for services provided by JUDr. Daniela Murad, reg. No. 144 04 737, seated at Pujmanové 1753/10a, Praha 4 Krč 140 00.

 

Nature of the Services

The services provided consist primarily of immigration, relocation, and legal support services, including consultations, assessment of eligibility, preparation of documentation, communication with authorities, and administrative assistance in matters related to visas, residence permits, work permits, citizenship applications, and related proceedings.

The Client acknowledges that decisions regarding the granting or refusal of visas, residence permits, work permits, citizenship, or any other immigration status are made solely by the competent governmental authorities. JUDr. Daniela Murad has no authority to influence such decisions and does not guarantee any particular outcome.

The Client further acknowledges that, prior to the commencement of services, they have been informed of the risks and uncertainties associated with immigration and administrative proceedings and understand that even a properly prepared application does not guarantee approval.

 

Cancellation by the Client

If the Client cancels the requested services before the commencement of service provision, JUDr. Daniela Murad shall be entitled to reimbursement of any costs already incurred and compensation for any work already performed.

Once the provision of services has commenced, the Client shall not be entitled to a refund of fees already paid, including in cases where the Client decides to terminate the cooperation or fails to provide the necessary cooperation, documents, or information required for the successful provision of the services.

For the purposes of these Terms, the provision of services shall be deemed to have commenced upon, among other things:

• the first consultation with the Client;
• assessment of the Client’s case;
• review or preparation of documentation;
• case-related communication with the Client;
• communication with governmental authorities or third parties on behalf of the Client; or
• any other professional activity undertaken for the benefit of the Client.

 

Unsuccessful Application or Proceedings

Fees paid for the services are not refundable solely because an application, petition, or request is refused, denied, rejected, withdrawn, delayed, or otherwise unsuccessful, provided that JUDr. Daniela Murad has performed the services with reasonable professional care and in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards.

In particular, no refund shall be due where:

• a governmental authority exercises its discretion and denies the application;
• the Client does not meet the statutory requirements for the requested immigration status or benefit;
• the Client provides incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or false information;
• the Client fails to provide required documentation;
• the Client fails to cooperate as reasonably requested;
• legislation, administrative practice, or governmental policies change; or
• circumstances arise that are beyond the reasonable control of JUDr. Daniela Murad.

 

Refunds

The Client may request a refund only where JUDr. Daniela Murad has materially breached her contractual obligations and such breach has directly affected the proper provision of the agreed services.

Any refund, if granted, shall be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be reduced to reflect the value of services already performed, work completed, time spent, and expenses incurred.

 

Complaints

Any complaint regarding the services provided must be submitted without undue delay after the relevant facts become known to the Client.

JUDr. Daniela Murad shall review the complaint and provide a response within 30 days of its receipt.

 

Consumer Rights

If the Client qualifies as a consumer under applicable law, nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any mandatory rights afforded to consumers under applicable consumer protection legislation.

 

Acknowledgement

By engaging the services of JUDr. Daniela Murad, the Client acknowledges and agrees that the fees charged are consideration for professional services rendered and not for the achievement of any particular result.

JUDr. Daniela Murad does not guarantee the issuance of any visa, residence permit, work permit, citizenship, or other governmental approval.
