If you plan short trip to London, or longer vacation in Great Britain, passport won´t be enough to cross the borders.
From April 2, 2025 all EU citizens are obliged to register in ETA fro short travels to Great Britain.
The United Kingdom Electronic Travel Authorization (UK ETA) is a pre-travel requirement for citizens of countries that do not require a visa for short stays in the UK.
Once approved, the UK ETA grants permission to travel to the UK and is linked electronically to the traveler’s passport.
